The opening of the centre of maxillofacial prosthetics is for the Republic Moldova an unique improvement of the oncologic care in this class cancer hospital
The current department of palliative care and the perioperative care of the department of Head and Neck Oncology are renovated in accordance with the modern hospital standards, that means a big progress.
Summer 2010 starts the next phase of this project with the furnishment and device of the prosthetic laboratory and completion of the wards. The training of the dentist and technician and the training of the oncologic surgeon and doctor for palliative care will be organised in the second half of this year in Groningen. The project has a maturity of 2 years to be of assistance and consultation for the patient care.
